Baby Jogger Stroller Reviews – A Mother’s Review
As a mother of three wonderful children I have bought several Baby Jogger strollers. I decided it was time for me to write some Baby Jogger stroller reviews for the most popular strollers. As I am out jogging with my youngest in the stroller I get asked all the time about my baby jogger stroller. Hopefully my review will answer most of your questions about these great jogger strollers.
Baby Jogger City Elite Single Stroller
The Baby Jogger City Elite Single stroller was the first stroller I bought as a new mother. There are several reasons I bought this as my first stroller. I’ll go into a details in a future review. But I’ll cover a few of the main ones here.
At that time my husband and I had a small car with a small trunk. As you know there is a lot of paraphernalia that we carry around when you have a little one to care for. So the size of the stroller and how well it would store in the back of the car was a big consideration. I really loved how compact this stroller was. I also really liked that it was light weight. Now there are some jogger strollers that are cheaply made that end up being light weight because they use low quality materials. That is not the case with the Baby Jogger Elite stroller. It was very durable but still easy to fold up and lift into the trunk of our car. A great stroller.

Baby Jogger City Mini Single Stroller
You may ask if I needed a small, compact stroller why didn’t I buy the Baby Jogger City Mini Single stroller? Let me first say this is a great stroller too. Choosing a jogging stroller is a lot like choosing a car. It may come down to just one item that you really like. It may sound funny but the one item I like on the City Elite vs the City Mini were the wheels. I liked the bigger wheels on the Elite.
Choosing a stroller because of its wheels may sound weird but I know the bigger the wheels the smoother the ride. Although weight and compactness were top on my list the comfort of my son was more important. I do see a lot of women with the City Mini stroller and it works great. I am a pretty fast jogger so I was concerned the ride for my baby was going to be to rough with the smaller wheels. After looking back and seeing other mothers using the Baby Jogger Mini I don’t think the smaller wheels would have made much of a difference to my son. One thing is for sure it would have fit into my small car truck a little easier.
